Shipping Policy
Welcome to Simon-Pure's shipping policy. We are dedicated to providing excellent delivery services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Our shipping methods and packaging are designed to protect your valuable purchases throughout the journey to your home. We strive to keep our shipping costs reasonable, allowing you to enjoy our premium Amish-built furniture without breaking the bank.
Shipping FAQs
We have contracted with Amish furniture delivery companies that deliver coast to coast on a typically bi-weekly basis.
Once order goes into the system and is scheduled for pick up from the shipping warehouse, an email goes out to notify you of your shipment tracking number and delivery schedule.
A delivery day and 3 hour window notification will be set for you.
The Amish Faith embodies minimalistic living. Our company attempts to emulate that lifestyle, rejecting the use of cardboard and especially Styrofoam. We utilize reusable padded blankets with long lifespans to carefully wrap our cargo and transition it safe and damage free to the end customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Simon-Pure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture. Regardless of builder warranty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product is not what you expected, please let us know. Our Amish builders are committed to making things right for their customers. We will work with you to correct any issues. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced. If you aren’t completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund you upon return of the ordered product. In some cases there may be a 15-20% restocking fee. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any issue.. This is our commitment to building trust and ensuring that you can buy from us with confidence.
Shipping Policies, Exceptions & Exclusions

It is the customers responsibility to have the area where they wish the furniture to be placed and the path to that place free of hazards, debris and obstruction and to verify and ensure that the furniture will fit past any stairs, doorways, openings, etc. to the desired location.

Due to liability, we will not assemble cribs or attach anything whatsoever to a wall or structure and absolutely will not remove doors, windows or perform any structural alterations to enable passage for a delivery.

We will remove any and all shipping material involved with our delivery, but don’t include moving or removal of any existing furniture or items
Curb Side Delivery
Our most cost effective service. The furniture is delivered onto the customer’s property. Shipping materials are removed, but no assembly is included. Our driver will bring your order into your garage or porch area that has minimal steps/stairs. Or we will place it with care in a safe area outside of your home that you designate.
White Glove Delivery
Our premier service. The furniture is transported to the location specified by the customer, light assembly is performed if necessary and shipping materials are removed. This is inside delivery. Our driver will bring your furniture to the room you want it placed in, put it together and set it up for you. Please see details for exceptions and exclusions.
International
Delivery
Although we are not able to establish international delivery, when possible we will work with you to find an appropriate shipping company to help you get your purchase to your desired location.
